THE RED

THE RED brings together Merlot, Cabernet and Refosco in a blend with a clear focus on structure and balance. Aged for 24 months in oak barrels, it develops complexity and a fuller body, followed by another 24 months of bottle ageing, allowing the tannins to soften and the flavours to come together harmoniously. The result is a mature, well-rounded red wine with a long finish, made to accompany refined cuisine.
