The total ageing period is 18 months — half in tonneau for added structure and depth, and half in stainless steel to preserve purity and freshness. The wine then spends another 6 months ageing in bottle, allowing the profile to integrate and develop a more composed character. Elegant and precise in style, with clear definition and a beautifully balanced finish.
